Visible from Interstate 4 and instantly recognizable by its striking architecture, HostDime’s new headquarters and Tier IV data center has become one of the most talked-about commercial developments in Central Florida. Located near Maitland, the seven-story, 100,000-square-foot facility serves as HostDime’s flagship headquarters.

When it came time to create the outdoor spaces surrounding the facility, Booth’s Cobblestones was selected to install more than 15,000 square feet of architectural pavers throughout the campus.

Bringing the Vision to Life

The project included pedestrian walkways, entry plazas, vehicular paver areas, gate entrances, and one of the most unique features of the entire project—a rooftop terrace overlooking the Interstate 4 corridor.

Every phase required careful planning, precise grading, and expert installation to ensure long-term durability while complementing the building’s bold architectural design.

A Rooftop Like No Other

Designed to complement the building’s signature orange architectural framing, the rooftop terrace features premium architectural pavers arranged in a clean geometric pattern. The elevated outdoor space provides employees and visitors with a functional gathering area and panoramic views across Orlando, Maitland, and the surrounding region.
